We’re scaling our Business Development team to drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and own the full sales cycle—from discovery to deal closure—in the high-velocity world of digital influence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business with brands seeking influencer marketing solutions across verticals like D2C, FMCG, beauty, tech, and lifestyle.
- Lead end-to-end sales process: discovery calls, pitch presentations, proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn, warm referrals, and industry events to identify decision-makers.
- Collaborate with campaign delivery teams to tailor pitches and ensure seamless handover post-sale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends—creator economics, platform algorithms,
campaign benchmarks—to position our agency as the strategic partner of choice.
- Hit monthly & quarterly revenue targets with strong forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM management.
