Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Executive to manage banking software, handle loan-related documentation, maintain customer records, and support daily banking operations.

The candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, updating customer information, managing financial documents, preparing reports, and coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and operate banking and loan management software.
- Handle daily data entry and update customer information accurately.
- Process loan applications and maintain proper documentation.
- Upload, verify, and manage KYC documents, bank statements, and financial records.
- Track loan application status and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing.
- Monitor pending applications, documentation requirements, and loan disbursement status.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and ensure data confidentiality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.




- Handle office administration and backend operational activities whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial operations.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM, LOS, or loan management systems is an advantage.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Professional Loans will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Backend Operations, Loan Processing, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.
