You will be responsible for developing automation solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring smooth transitions across various deployment environments. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can translate technical data into actionable insights for the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Automation; Scripting: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Python and R to eliminate manual
operational tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Data Management & Analysis: Utilize Big Query to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, providing the Ops
team with the data necessary to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Environment Management: Support and troubleshooting deployments across multiple environments (e.g.,
Development, QA, Staging, Production), ensuring stability and seamless transitions.
- Operational Excellence: Partner closely with the Operations team to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and
implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence.
- Reporting & Documentation: Translate complex data sets and automation metrics into transparent, executive-ready reports
and presentations using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Data Quality & Architecture:
Transform disparate raw files (CSV, TXT) into structured, analytics-ready datasets.
Implement automated data validation, standardization, and quality checks to support downstream business intelligence and reporting.
Required Experience:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong, proven experience programming in Python and R for automation and data analysis.
- Database & Cloud: Hands-on proficiency with Google Big Query and writing complex SQL queries to manage large-
scale data.
- Environment Lifecycle: Solid understanding of software development life cycles and experience working across
different deployment environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Business Tools: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot
tables, macros), MS PowerPoint (executive presentations), and MS Word (technical documentation).
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational
