Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Anti Money Laundering (AML) team in India, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Develop and implement effective AML processes, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and report suspicious transactions.

- Provide guidance on AML best practices to junior staff members.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in anti money laundering or related field.

- Robust understanding of UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations regarding AML/KYC.

- Proven track record in leading teams through transitions or changes in business operations.
