Job Overview

- Role: Quality Chemist / QC Chemist

- Location: Feed Mill

Key Responsibilities

- Raw Material Testing: Inspect and test incoming grains, additives, and micro-ingredients for moisture, protein, fat, fiber, mycotoxins, and contamination.

- Finished Product Analysis: Analyze finished feed batches to verify nutrient guarantees and formulation accuracy against established standards.

- Lab Management: Prepare chemical reagents, calibrate laboratory instruments (such as NIRS, HPLC, or titration equipment), and maintain safety protocols.

- Documentation & Compliance: Record test results in the laboratory information management system (LIMS), maintain batch records, and ensure adherence to local and international feed safety regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FDA/AAFCO guidelines).

- Corrective Action: Investigate out-of-specification results, troubleshoot process deviations, and work with production teams to apply corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
