Position: Controller Accounting |

We are looking for an experienced Controller-level accounting professional with robust expertise in US Accounting, Real Estate/Property Accounting, GL Accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close. The candidate will independently manage accounting operations, oversee accounting teams and external bookkeeping providers, and act as the primary accounting contact for clients.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of hands-on GL Accounting experience – Mandatory

- Prior Controller / Assistant Controller / equivalent senior-level experience

- 5–10 years of Real Estate/Property Accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close

- Experience managing accounting teams and third-party bookkeeping providers

- Strong client-facing and communication skills

- Experience with cash management, escrow, draw requests, bridge loans, and rate cap monitoring is preferred

- Ability to independently manage accounting deliverables and resolve accounting issues

Job Details: | 5-day work week | Remote | US Shift starting around 6:30 PM IST | Real Estate industry experience preferred.
