- Welcome and assist customers at the store
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Promote and cross-sell post-paid SIM cards
- Handle tele-calling and tele-sales during free time
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Visit customers occasionally to close deals
- Maintain a qualified appearance (company T-shirt provided)
- Work one Sunday per month (compensatory off will be provided)

- Selected candidates will undergo a 1-week CRE Certification Training
- Training will be conducted at the Head Office – Kochi (Vyttila)
- Food & Accommodation will be provided by the company
