About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who has previously worked in the immigration sector—whether in student visas, work permits, business migration, or citizenship-related services.

You must be comfortable working directly with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, and online consultations. Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of immigration processes (especially related to Europe) are essential.

- ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on immigration options, especially to Europe (e.g. Poland, Germany, Portugal)
- Handle initial consultations and follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Maintain detailed records of each client’s case and documents
- Guide clients step-by-step through the visa/immigration process
- Prepare documentation and coordinate with internal and external teams
- Keep updated on immigration regulations and policy changes




- Manage day-to-day admin and communication with clients

- Qualifications & Skills1 year of experience in immigration consulting or related field (work/student/business visas)
- Strong knowledge of visa types and application processes (Poland/Europe preferred)
- Fluent in English and confident in verbal and written client communication
- Hands-on experience with telephonic and WhatsApp consultations
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
