We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Telecaller to join our Regional Office in Coimbatore. The candidate should have previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment and be comfortable communicating with patients, handling enquiries, and coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to patients and prospective enquiries.
- Attend incoming calls and respond to general patient enquiries.
- Explain basic information about hospital services and appointment procedures.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled visits.
- Coordinate with hospital branches and concerned departments for patient enquiries.
- Maintain call records, patient enquiry details, and follow-up information.
- Provide timely updates to patients regarding appointments and consultations.
- Communicate professionally with patients and their families.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and maintain regular communication.




- Ensure patient information is handled confidentially.
- Share relevant patient concerns with the appropriate department when required.

Eligibility Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organisation is required.
- Experience in telecalling or patient coordination is preferred.
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is required; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good listening, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient enquiries professionally.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
