Role & responsibilities -Product Development Engineer The selected candidate must be a hands-on, highly capable engineer responsible for end-to-end product development, from initial concept to final validation.

Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of product development from initial design concepts through prototype testing and final commercial approval.

Mould Design & Vendor Coordination: Actively participate in mould design reviews, tooling specifications, and vendor technical interactions.

First-Off Sample Inspection & Quality Clearance: Personally inspect, dimensionally verify, and evaluate initial trial samples coming out of vendor tooling.

Final Tooling Acceptance: Formally certify sample clearance prior to accepting or releasing final payments for moulds/tooling from suppliers.

Quality Ownership: The verification and quality assurance of pre-production samples shall rest solely with the Product Development Engineer, relieving the Production Department of initial sampling responsibilities so they can focus on standard output.
