– Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator – Civil / Highway Projects

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–7 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities between Project Management, Planning, Execution, QA/QC, Survey, Billing, Procurement and Stores teams.
- Track project progress against the approved work programme and milestones.
- Collect and consolidate DPR, WPR, MPR and progress data from various departments.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports, progress dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate with site teams to monitor manpower, machinery, materials and work-front availability.
- Follow up on drawings, approvals, material requirements, inspection requests and technical submissions.
- Maintain records of RFI, NCR, approvals, correspondence, drawings and other project documents.
- Coordinate with Clients/Consultants, subcontractors and vendors for routine project requirements.
- Monitor pending issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure with concerned departments.
- Assist the Project Manager in weekly/monthly review meetings, including preparation of agendas, MOM and action-taken reports.




- Coordinate project requirements related to procurement, material delivery and site mobilization.
- Assist in monitoring planned vs. actual progress, quantities and productivity.
- Maintain proper project documentation and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Support the Project Manager in identifying delays, constraints and critical activities and coordinating corrective actions.

Required Skills

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Project MIS and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- MS Project / Primavera knowledge preferred.
- Basic knowledge of highway/civil construction.
- Drawing and document control.
- DPR/WPR/MPR preparation.
- Client/Consultant coordination.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple departments and site teams.

Preferred Experience

- 5–7 years of experience in Highway, Road, Infrastructure, EPC or Civil Construction Projects.
- Preferably experienced in a Project Coordination / Project MIS role.
- Practical understanding of civil/highway project execution, progress monitoring and documentation.
