Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing quality standards across all printing and packaging operations. In this position, the manager will develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, including inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. The role involves monitoring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications, conducting root cause analysis for defects, and driving corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will collaborate closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure process consistency, documentation accuracy,



and timely resolution of quality issues. This role also includes training team members on quality best practices, preparing reports and metrics for leadership, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and inspection methodologies relevant to printing and packaging.
- Experience with process control, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, artwork and design requirements, and customer quality criteria for labels, cartons, and packaging.
- Proficiency in using quality tools and documentation systems, including checklists, audit reports, and data analysis for quality metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in production, design, procurement, and logistics.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within manufacturing, printing, or packaging; leadership experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, printing technology, packaging, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
