Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage overall branch operations, drive business growth, lead a team and ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a robust banking background, proven branch management experience and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall functioning and day-to-day operations of the branch.
2. Drive business growth through deposits, CASA, loans, investments and other banking products.
3. Achieve branch-level business targets, revenue objectives and profitability goals.
4. Lead, motivate and manage the branch team to ensure productivity and performance.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
6. Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base.
7. Ensure compliance with banking policies,



RBI guidelines and internal procedures.
8. Monitor branch performance, business development activities and operational efficiency.
9. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch functioning.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager.
- Overall 7+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Experience in branch operations and business development.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Business target achievement and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Background

- Candidates from Private Sector Banks.
- Experience in branch banking and retail banking.
- Exposure to CASA, liabilities, assets and cross-selling.
- Experience managing branch-level business targets and teams.
