Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager YES FIRST to manage and grow relationships with Affluent / HNI customers. The candidate will be responsible for portfolio management, customer acquisition, relationship deepening and cross-selling banking and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with Affluent / HNI customers.
- Acquire new customers and build a strong customer portfolio.
- Drive CASA and liability business through customer acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking and third-party products, including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investments and other financial products.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales,



revenue and portfolio growth targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generate business through referrals, customer engagement and portfolio mining.
- Ensure proper KYC and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track sales performance, maintain MIS and provide regular business updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4-9 years of relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Experience in Relationship Management, CASA, Liability Sales, Affluent/HNI Banking or Wealth Management.
- Strong customer acquisition and cross-selling skills.
- Positive communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong target orientation and ability to manage a customer portfolio.
- Candidates from banking institutions with relevant Affluent / Priority / Liability / CASA experience will be preferred.
