Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care, assist doctors, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patients vital signs.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and infection control.
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Report changes in patient conditions to senior nurses or doctors.




- Follow hospital safety standards and nursing protocols.

Required Skills

- Basic nursing and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.

Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
