Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Director to manage key client relationships and ensure the successful planning and execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and industry trends.
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate with creative, media, digital, production, and strategy teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Present campaign concepts, strategies, and performance reports to clients.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure quality standards are met.




- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling agency services.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track project profitability, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, and post-campaign analyses.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of account management experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
- Robust understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, media planning, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
