This is an independent consulting role with Our client, a pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Consultant – to manage senior-level hiring mandates and coordinate with retained executive search firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with retained executive search firms and ensure timely delivery of quality candidate profiles.
- Drive senior leadership hiring mandates end to end, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination and offer closure.
- Monitor search firm performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and hiring requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand leadership hiring needs.




- Build talent pipelines for CXO and N-1/N-2 level positions.
- Provide regular updates on search progress, candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes.

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition.
- Experience managing CXO and N-1/N-2 level hiring mandates.
- Prior experience managing retained executive search firms.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare sectors is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in leading executive search firms or heading leadership hiring at large corporates are preferred
