Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong experience in costing, billing, estimation,
and contract management. The candidate should have exposure to project costing,
quantity estimation, vendor billing verification, and coordination related to contracts
and project monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for projects.
• Review and verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements.
• Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
• Prepare and evaluate rate analysis and cost comparisons.
• Assist in tendering, contract preparation, and contract management.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for billing and
commercial matters.
• Track variations, extra items, and reconciliation statements.
• Support Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring,



and cost management
assignments.
• Prepare MIS reports, project cost reports, and billing status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of costing, estimation, billing, and contracts.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Valuable understanding of construction materials and commercial aspects of
projects.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in real estate, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring assignments will be
preferred
