Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business leader to head the Loan Against Securities business. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for business strategy, P&L;, sales, partnerships, portfolio management, product development, and market expansion.

The Successful Applicant

- 15+ years of experience in Retail Assets or Secured Lending.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Loan Against Securities.
- Proven experience building and scaling a business vertical.
- Strong P&L; ownership and sales leadership experience.
- Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Management Firms, Brokers, and Fintech ecosystems.
