Additional Info : The Operations Manager Will Be Based In Alibaug And Responsible For Overseeing The End-To-End Operations Of Multiple Properties Across Alibaug, Karjat, Murbad And Lonavala. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising Property Managers And On-Ground Teams, Conducting Regular And Surprise Property Visits, Carrying Out Operational Audits, Staff Training And Performance Monitoring, Inventory Management, Vendor Coordination And Management, Implementing Company Sops, Maintaining Housekeeping And Service Standards, Monitoring Property Maintenance, And Resolving Guest Escalations. The Candidate Must Be Adaptable To Travel Frequently Across All Assigned Locations To Ensure Operational Efficiency, Accountability And Consistent Service Quality Across The Cluster. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
