We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to handle guest inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with hotel customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and complaints.
- Assist guests and provide necessary information.
- Follow up with guests and collect feedback.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to resolve guest issues.
- Maintain guest records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
