Kayal Agro Foods is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient material handling in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, SAP, and stock reconciliation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
- Conduct daily stock verification and periodic physical inventory audits.
- Manage material inward and outward movements with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Maintain GRN, stock registers,



material issue slips, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, material identification, and traceability.
- Prepare inventory reports and support stock reconciliation activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Hands-on experience in inventory management operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP / Inventory Management Software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and stock reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
