Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Strategy & Business Transformation professionals for the Customer & Operations practice of a leading global consulting firm.

The role involves working with CXO-level stakeholders and leading strategic growth, business transformation, AI strategy, revenue enhancement and Go-to-Market initiatives across Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Transformation

* Lead strategy engagements across growth strategy, market entry, corporate strategy and business unit strategy.

* Develop strategic recommendations to improve revenue, profitability and EBITDA.

* Drive business transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

* Support AI strategy and transformation engagements.

* Develop Go-to-Market strategies and revenue enhancement plans.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

* Engage with CXOs, BU Heads, Functional Heads and senior client stakeholders.

* Understand business challenges and develop customized strategic solutions.

* Build trusted client relationships through strong analytical capabilities and industry expertise.

* Present strategic recommendations and drive implementation.

3. Project & Engagement Management

* Independently manage end-to-end consulting engagements.

* Lead project teams and ensure quality deliverables within defined timelines.

* Manage project budgets, resources, risks and overall project performance.





* Drive structured problem-solving, research and data-driven analysis.

4. Business Development

* Identify recent business opportunities and client requirements.

* Develop technical and commercial proposals.

* Contribute to client acquisition and account growth.

5. People Management

* Lead, mentor and develop consulting teams.

* Define team objectives, responsibilities and deliverables.

* Drive performance management, coaching and learning initiatives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 4 years of overall professional experience.

* Experience independently managing strategy consulting engagements.

* Exposure to CXO-level client interactions and end-to-end project delivery.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following Industrials & Electronics sectors:

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
