We are looking for a dynamic and capable Assistant Operations Manager to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor operational performance and support initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Follow up on daily production plans, maintenance activities, manpower requirements, and operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, presentations, and other official communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors whenever required.
- Identify operational challenges and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their timely completion.




- Lead and motivate team members and maintain effective discipline and coordination within the team.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong personality with the confidence and ability to lead teams effectively.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, emails, and professional documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a proactive, confident, and result-oriented skilled with a strong leadership mindset. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of operational activities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
