About the Role

Marketing Eraa is looking for an Admission Counsellor to handle enquiries generated through Meta Ads for our clients. The role involves understanding prospective students’ requirements, explaining courses, following up consistently, and converting interested leads into paid admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media messages.
- Understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course content, fees, schedules, and the admission process accurately.
- Follow up with enquiries, handle objections, and convert leads into paid enrolments.
- Guide students through registration and coordinate payment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools, Google Sheets,



or Excel.
- Coordinate with the client’s team for a smooth student handover.
- Work towards assigned admission and sales targets.
- Handle student information professionally and confidentially.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in admission counselling, education sales, telesales, or lead conversion.
- Experience selling astrology or occult courses is preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience in other industries may also apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills and basic English.
- Solid listening, follow-up, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Comfortable communicating through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software.
- Available to work from our Rohini Sector 1 office.
