Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Purchase Coordinator to support our procurement and vendor management functions within the packaging export business. The role involves coordinating with vendors, internal teams (design, production, logistics), and ensuring timely sourcing, accurate documentation, and smooth execution of purchase cycles. This position is critical in ensuring material readiness, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate packaging projects from order confirmation through production, quality checks, dispatch, and delivery.

- Maintain project schedules, order trackers, and status reports, ensuring milestones and deadlines are followed.

- Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams across purchase, design, production, quality, and logistics.

- Track material availability, artwork approvals, production readiness,



and dispatch documentation.

- Identify delays or operational issues, escalate them promptly, and follow up on corrective actions.

- Document customer requirements, changes, approvals, and pending actions to ensure clear handovers.

Key Skills & Requirements:

● 2–5 years of experience in procurement / purchase coordination (preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing)

● Robust understanding of vendor management and purchase cycles

● Good knowledge of packaging materials (flexible packaging preferred)

● Proficiency in Google Workspace and documentation handling

● Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
