Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible Field Credit Officers to support our MSME loan operations. The candidate will be responsible for field-level customer verification, loan application processing, credit assessment, document verification, and repayment follow-up in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential MSME loan customers through field visits and local market activities.
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents and business-related documents.
- Conduct field visits to verify the customer's business, residence, and business stability.
- Assess the customer's repayment capacity, income, cash flow, and existing liabilities.
- Prepare loan applications and submit accurate reports with supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and the Credit Team for loan processing and disbursement.




- Follow up with customers regarding loan repayments and overdue accounts.
- Maintain proper customer records and update loan-related information in the company system.
- Achieve assigned business and portfolio quality targets while maintaining responsible lending practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation, as per company policy.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant field experience may apply.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, MS Excel, and data entry.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Knowledge of MSME lending, credit assessment, and KYC documentation will be an advantage.
