Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and promoting the hospital's services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain hospital services, treatments, and available packages to prospective patients.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer databases and update sales records.




- Follow up with prospective patients and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital sales will be an added advantage.
