Shriram Ayurveda operates franchisee-owned healthcare clinics, including Parasnath Speciality Clinic, which specialises in the management of knee and joint disorders, arthritis, spine-related problems and sciatica through Ayurveda-based treatment protocols.
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and patient-focused Ayurveda Doctor who combines robust clinical knowledge with excellent communication, counselling and business development skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments and medical history evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage patients suffering from knee pain, arthritis, joint disorders, back pain, cervical and lumbar spine problems and sciatica.
- Recommend appropriate Ayurvedic treatment protocols based on clinical assessment.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure high standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Drive clinic revenue by effectively counselling patients about recommended treatment programmes.
- Convert prospective patients and enquiries into confirmed treatment cases through ethical and transparent counselling.
- Achieve monthly revenue, patient conversion and treatment-plan sales targets.
- Explain treatment benefits, duration, procedures and associated costs to patients.
- Generate repeat business through patient relationship management and regular follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for additional treatment requirements based on genuine clinical needs.
- Actively participate in promotional activities, health camps and patient acquisition initiatives.
3. Clinic Operations & Team Management
- Coordinate with receptionists, therapists and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor patient appointments, follow-ups and treatment adherence.
- Ensure proper utilisation of clinical facilities and therapy resources.
- Maintain service quality and implement operational guidelines prescribed by management.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly clinical and sales performance reports.
Candidate Profile-
- BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Previous experience in a speciality clinic, hospital
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
