Job Summary

Alipore Bungalow is looking for well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver personalised dining experiences while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, following proper service etiquette.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Attend to guest requests and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with table reservations, billing, and payment collection wherever required.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place and replenish service stations.
- Support special dining arrangements, private events, and property functions.





Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; hospitality qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine-dining establishments preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
