JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT HEAD

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and managing all interior design and execution projects from planning to final handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor all ongoing interior projects.
- Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.
- Supervise Project Managers, Site Supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Billing, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and execution as per approved drawings.
- Handle project planning, budgeting, costing, and resource allocation.




- Manage client coordination and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure proper material planning and manpower utilization.
- Monitor project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Submit regular project progress reports to management.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
