Hostel Warden (Male/Female)

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall supervision, safety, discipline, welfare, and daily management of students residing in the school hostel.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline.
- Monitor students' daily routines, attendance, and study hours.
- Ensure hostel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.
- Take care of students' daily needs and well-being.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.
- Monitor students' health and report emergencies.
- Maintain hostel registers and other records.
- Supervise meals, recreational activities, and study periods.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of hostel facilities.




- Handle student concerns and disciplinary matters.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- First-aid knowledge will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and management skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, discipline, and responsibility.
- Ability to supervise and guide students.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
