- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science (B.Lib.I.Sc.) from a recognized university (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an academic or institutional library (experience in an architecture, design, or fine arts college is a solid plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Integrated Library Software (Koha, SLIM, LIBSYS, etc.).
- Proficiency in basic cataloging rules and classification systems.
- Familiarity with electronic resource management and digital library tools.
