We are seeking an energetic, organized, and responsible Camp Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage medical camps and community outreach activities. The role involves extensive field work, coordination with healthcare teams, and communication with the public and local organizations.
Qualification
· Any Degree BSW / MSW with specialization in Community Development
· Candidates with relevant experience in organizing events and promotional program are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
· Organizing and coordinating medical and community outreach camps
· Planning and coordinating camp schedules, venues, and field activities
· Coordinating with doctors, nurses, optometrists, and other healthcare staff
· Managing patient registrations, camp records, attendance, and reports
· Conducting community outreach and awareness activities
· Establishing communication with local organizations, institutions, and community groups
· Promoting and mobilizing patients for medical camps
· Handling camp-related documentation and follow-up activities
· Preparing daily/weekly field visit and camp reports
· Travelling to different locations for camps and outreach programmes
· Ensuring smooth execution of camp activities at the field level
Requirements
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Solid coordination and organizational skills
· Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office
· Ability to work independently
· Willingness to travel extensively for field work
· Need good organizing skill.
· Ability to interact effectively with patients and the community
