Goomti is looking for a polished and client-focused individual to manage its online sales and client relations in Kolkata.

At Goomti, every piece we offer, from art to décor to gifts, carries a story and is meant to find its way to the right home. Many of those journeys now begin online, in a message on Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to make sure every one of those conversations reflects the care and standard of a luxury brand.

What you will do

- Respond to and follow up with client enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp every day
- Guide clients from first message to confirmed order, with warmth, polish, and clarity
- Manage every client on the CRM, keeping records complete and current
- Process orders accurately from confirmation through to dispatch
- Coordinate logistics so every order arrives on time and in perfect condition
- Track and manage inventory, and flag what needs replenishing
- Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, after-sales care, and repeat orders

What we are looking for

- 2 to 4 years in client-facing roles with a luxury, premium lifestyle, design, or hospitality brand
- Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi and Bengali are a plus
- Hands-on experience managing client conversations on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
- Working knowledge of a CRM. Zoho or HubSpot experience is a plus
- Experience with order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory management
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets

The details

Location: Kolkata, in-office
Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 2 to 4 years
