LeapForWord is a product NGO committed to eliminating the single biggest bottleneck of poor English capabilities, which prevents students from regional language communities from accessing professional education and better employment opportunities. Through our translation algorithm and straightforward teaching techniques, we enable teachers to teach English in their mother tongue and impact lakhs of learners.

Where Do You Come In

We are looking for a Content Editor/Reviewer who can support day-to-day operations of our Content Team. The role requires excellent content writing and editing abilities, a strong hold on English, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in developing curriculum content, learning materials and educational modules as per requirements.

● Support the creation of lesson plans ,worksheets, scripts and other learning resources.

● Help design engaging learning activities and simple assessments for students

● Review and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

●Support quality checks for digital learning content and educational materials to improve learner engagement

Key Skills We Are Looking For:

● Strong proficiency in English is mandatory.



Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Gujarati will be an added advantage.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Strong content writing and editing abilities.

● Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.

● Ability to work in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.

● Adaptability, empathy, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

● Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in English Literature.

● Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience can apply

● Interest in curriculum development, content creation, or the education sector

●Internship, volunteer, or project experience in education or NGOs will be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
