Job Description
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, handling enquiries and following up with interested clients regarding our real estate projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic project information.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up updates.
- Assist the sales team in converting enquiries into potential customers.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while communicating with clients.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of Hindi and Punjabi; English is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
