Job Description

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and computer-savvy candidate to manage our bakery's application, online orders, and daily computer-related work.

The ideal candidate must have good English communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to manage online applications accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and operate the bakery's application and online system.
- Monitor, process, and update customer orders through the app.
- Add and update bakery products, prices, menus, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and payment records.
- Handle basic billing, online payment records, and data entry.
- Manage internet-based administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with bakery staff regarding orders and updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers and management.
- Prepare daily reports using MS Excel or other software.




- Identify and report application-related issues to management.

Required Skills

- Good spoken and written English – Mandatory
- Strong computer and internet knowledge – Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to operate mobile and web-based applications.
- Positive typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Basic understanding of billing and payment records.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to learn new applications quickly.

Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers with good computer and English skills can apply.
- Previous experience in app handling, online order management, or office administration is an advantage.
