We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective parents and students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert admission enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide detailed information to parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel parents and address their queries regarding admissions.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, school tours, and interaction sessions.
- Explain admission eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to overall enrolment growth.




- Prepare regular admission reports and provide updates to the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle parents professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Target-oriented approach with solid organisational skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Presentable, confident, and approachable personality.
- Patient and empathetic towards parents and students.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Strong ownership and commitment towards achieving admission targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
