Salary as per hiring sheet:

- 5551 (5B): ₹45,000 budget / ₹40,000 maximum CTC.
- 5549 (4A): ₹60,000 budget / ₹55,000 maximum CTC.

Salary figures require confirmation.

Job Description

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Order to Cash (O2C).

We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of the complete Order to Cash process, including different invoice types such as Manual, Consolidated and Automated.

The candidate should be comfortable working under strict deadlines in a high-pressure business setting while demonstrating good teamwork and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

- Handle all activities related to the Order to Cash process.
- Constantly interact with clients to obtain feedback and provide support wherever required.
- Be ready to support clients at different locations as per business expectations.




- Manage Order to Cash activities related to collections and dispute management.
- Interact with end customers through calls and emails to collect overdue amounts.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly collection targets.
- Maintain a good understanding of Lockbox, ACH, EFT and Remittance Advice.
- Manage customer and Country/Regional Finance Director relationships through emails, fax and conference calls.
- Participate in governance meetings at country and regional levels.
- Work closely with team members to ensure deliverables are met.
- Support team members in developing process standards and improving collaboration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation through Lean initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

- B.Com graduation. MBA in Finance preferred.
- Meaningful experience in Order to Cash operations.
- 3–6 years of experience in Order to Cash, especially Cash Applications and MEC activities.
- Willingness to work in flexible rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Very good written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle.
- Knowledge of generating reports from SAP is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
