Position: Primary Teacher – HINDI

Candidate Requirements – CIE Primary Hindi Teacher

1. Educational Qualification: B.A. / M.A. in Hindi. B.Ed. with Hindi as a teaching subject preferred.

2. Teaching Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Hindi teaching experience, preferably in a reputed school.

3. Primary Teaching Experience: Experience teaching Grades 1–5 is essential.

4. Curriculum Exposure: Experience in Cambridge International or other international school curricula preferred.

5. Hindi Language Proficiency: Excellent command over written and spoken Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary and sentence formation.

6. English Communication: Good English communication skills to interact with students, parents and colleagues.

7. Reading and Writing Skills: Ability to develop students' Hindi reading, writing, comprehension and creative expression.

8. Teaching Methodology: Ability to use interactive methods such as storytelling, poems, rhymes, role plays, games and activities.

9. Lesson Planning: Ability to prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets and age-appropriate learning resources.

10. Classroom Management: Ability to manage primary students effectively and create a positive, engaging learning environment.

Differentiated Instruction: Ability to teach students with varying levels of Hindi proficiency, including children who do not speak Hindi at home.

12. Assessment Skills: Ability to conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student progress and identify learning gaps.

13. Technology Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, PowerPoint, smart boards and digital teaching resources.

14. Qualified Competencies: Patience, creativity, adaptability, accountability, teamwork and a child-centric approach.

15. Teaching Demonstration: Must be willing to conduct a 10–15-minute demo lesson to demonstrate subject knowledge, pronunciation, teaching methodology and student engagement.

Preferred Candidate Profile: A qualified and experienced Hindi teacher with strong language proficiency, primary teaching expertise, good communication skills and the ability to make Hindi learning interactive and enjoyable within a Cambridge school environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
