We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in managing retail store operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the fashion retail store.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team effectively.
- Monitor inventory, stock management, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Analyse sales reports and take necessary actions to improve store performance.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
- Qualification: Graduate or above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, and store operations.
- Target-oriented with solid problem-solving skills.
