The Technical Trainer will deliver theoretical and practical training in EV charging station installation and Data Center Operations Management, equipping learners with industry-relevant technical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and safety practices to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training on AC/DC EV charging systems, installation, wiring, earthing, testing, and commissioning.
- Train learners on server hardware, networking, racks, cabling, UPS, power systems, cooling, and data center maintenance.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Assess trainee performance and maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
- Mentor learners and coordinate with the placement team to support employment opportunities.
- Maintain training lab equipment and stay updated on industry technologies.





Qualifications & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in EV charging, electrical systems, data center operations, or IT infrastructure.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and training abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
