Our operations and administration teams keep our centres safe, secure and running smoothly for patients, doctors and staff.

Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and observant CCTV Executive to monitor our surveillance systems, safeguard our premises and manage related security assets. You will ensure that CCTV systems are running reliably, incidents are reported promptly, and vendors and maintenance contracts are well coordinated.

Key ResponsibilitiesCCTV Monitoring & Incident Reporting

- Monitor live CCTV feeds across the centre and report suspicious activity, safety concerns or policy violations immediately.
- Review recorded footage when requested and retrieve clips for authorised internal requirements.
- Maintain incident logs and prepare daily and monthly reports on incidents and system status.
- Keep footage and access to the surveillance system confidential, in line with company policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

System & Asset Management

- Check that cameras, DVRs/NVRs, storage and monitors are working, and raise issues for repair or replacement.
- Maintain an inventory of CCTV equipment, security devices and related office assets.




- Coordinate preventive maintenance and basic facility upkeep related to the security systems.

Vendor & Contract Coordination

- Coordinate with CCTV and security vendors for installation, servicing and repairs.
- Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules and renewals, and follow up before expiry.
- Verify vendor invoices against work done and contract terms before they are sent for approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations or facility management.
- Working knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR setups and basic troubleshooting.
- Positive attention to detail and the ability to stay alert during long monitoring periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for logs, inventory and reports.
- Honesty, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential footage.

Good to Have

- Experience in a hospital, clinic or other healthcare setting.
- Experience tracking AMCs and reviewing vendor invoices.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IP camera configuration.
