Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry. The candidate should have knowledge of solar products, customer handling, lead generation and sales conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting residential and commercial solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and other marketing activities.
- Promote and sell solar rooftop systems to residential and commercial customers.
- Explain solar products, system specifications, pricing and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert potential leads into sales.
- Conduct customer meetings and coordinate site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
- Previous experience in solar sales or rooftop solar sales is preferred.
- Good knowledge of solar panels, inverters and rooftop solar systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.
