AGAS GENERATOR hiring service coordinator for our ernakulam office

Roles and responsibilities ;

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate and manage daily field service activities, technician schedules, customer communication, and service documentation.

Qualification - Diploma/Btech

The ideal candidate should have good coordination, communication, follow-up and organizational skills and be comfortable working with technicians, customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign technicians and mechanics to service locations based on job priority, manpower availability and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily service schedules and communicate them to the service team.
- Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, service activities and job completion.
- Follow up with technicians and mechanics to ensure assigned jobs are completed on time.
- Track pending service jobs and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, CRM and Service Teams for smooth execution of service activities.




- Collect service reports from technicians/mechanics and ensure proper documentation after each site visit.
- Maintain service records, schedules and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate timely resolution of service-related issues.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
- Ability to manage multiple service jobs and priorities.
- Experience in service coordination, field operations, customer service or technical service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
