Position: Guest Relations Executive – Real Estate
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Profile:

We are looking for a presentable, confident and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing customer inquiries, coordinating site visits and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the property.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate property visits and client appointments.
- Explain basic project details and available facilities.
- Maintain visitor records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
