We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, handling customer enquiries, and converting potential leads into registrations and business opportunities.

Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling incoming enquiries, following up with prospective customers, and providing information about our workshops, seminars, training programmes, and coaching services.

Your main responsibility will be to build relationships with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our programmes, and encourage them to register or participate.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in our programmes.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Explain our motivational workshops, seminars, coaching services, and training programmes.
- Convince and encourage interested customers to register for upcoming events and programmes.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.
- Update customer information and lead status in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.




- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Language Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic to good English communication.
- Gujarati communication skills will be an added advantage.
