Job Description

We are looking for active and hardworking Field Executives to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale across Bengaluru.

The candidate will be assigned specific areas and will be responsible for visiting those locations, finding available properties, collecting basic property details, taking clear photographs and sharing the information with our internal team through WhatsApp.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas across Bengaluru and identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Search for residential and commercial properties, including apartments, independent houses, plots and commercial spaces.
- Speak with property owners, security staff or local contacts to collect basic property information.
- Take clear pictures of the property,



including the entire building and available property spaces.
- Capture and share the exact property location with the team.
- Collect basic details such as property type, location, size, expected rent or sale price and owner's contact number.
- Share property photos, location and collected details with the internal team through WhatsApp.
- Regularly cover assigned locations and identify new property opportunities.

Eligibility

- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Should be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling across Bengaluru.
- Positive communication skills and a willingness to interact with property owners.
- Should be responsible and active in completing assigned area visits.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
