- Analyze and manage competitive freight rates (air, sea, and land).
- Negotiate rates with carriers and agents.
- Prepare and deliver accurate pricing proposals for customers.
- Monitor market trends in the GCC region to provide competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Maintain updated rate databases and generate pricing reports.
- Handle end-to-end import operations (main focus – KSA shipments)
- Coordinate with Overseas agents shipping lines, NVOCCs and customers
- Manage booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
- Follow up for shipment status, ETA updates, and delays
- Handle destination coordination (Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh)
- Communicate with clients regarding:
- Shipment updates
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
